Cost of CY company formation
The cost amount of registering a Cyprus company with a normal share value of €1.000, including the lawyer expenses as well as other expenses such as stamps etc. is around €1.000 including the VAT (19%).
Tax advisory, advisory on the shareholding structure, preparation of special memorandum and articles of association, bank account openings, preparation of proxies are considered additional features and will be billed accordingly.
Issued Certifiacate
With the completion of the formation an envelope will be handed to the owner containing the below certificates:
- Certificate of Registration
- Certificate of board of directors and secretary
- Certificate of office address
- Certificate of Shareholders
- Authentication of company Memorandum and Articles of Association
